This Privacy Policy describes how Precision Medical Products, Inc. ("PMP," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information through our website, pmpmed.com (the "Site").

This Policy does not apply to protected health information (PHI) that we collect, use, or disclose in connection with treatment, payment, or health care operations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our handling of PHI is described separately in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

This Policy is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, IP address. Collected via contact and demo request forms.

Commercial information: Products or services inquired about. Collected.

Internet or network activity: Pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, browser and device information. Not currently collected via analytics.

Geolocation data: Approximate location inferred from IP address, general/approximate only.

Inferences: Not applicable. We do not draw inferences or build profiles from Site visitor activity.

Sensitive personal information: We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or health information through this Site. Health information you may share is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not this Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

  • Directly from you, when you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies as you browse the Site.
  • From service providers, such as our website hosting and form providers.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

We do not "share" personal information, as that term is defined under the CCPA, for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Site does not use advertising pixels or tags (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or TikTok Pixel). If this changes in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly and a "Your Privacy Choices" mechanism will be added.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses functional cookies necessary for basic operation (such as page load and form submission). The Site's Contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse, which may set cookies and process technical information such as your IP address and browser data, governed by Google's own privacy policy. The Site does not currently use cookies for analytics or advertising purposes.
